The Council Members in Durance of Hate are now closer to Mephisto. If he dies while above these areas, the items he drops will fall into the moat and be lost forever. Mephisto can now float over the non-walkable blood moat areas in Durance of Hate. Prime Evils (Mephisto, Diablo, Baal) are no longer affected by the Slows Target by X% affix on items or by Decrepify - this change applies to all versions of these enemies.ĭiablo and Baal now have a chance to drop Prime Evil Soul in Hell difficulty Dolls have a small delay for their death trigger, and their explosion deals 20% more damage. Monsters can now spawn with Holy Shock aura (sub level 20).
